Q. Once a Company has been
incorporated are there any ongoing services provided ??
Yes we do, ranging from Registered Office Service through Secretarial or Director
consultancy services. In the case of one of these being taken, due diligence
and client identification will be required.

Q. Do I have
to have ‘harperlewis’ on all my final documentation ??
Absolutely not. Our comprehensive system can print all final documentation
in your name, to your corporate image. There will NOT be a set up charge for
this. Our aim is to then take on the active role of becoming your formations
department.

Q. Do
you only do electronic incorporations ??
Again, no. With our system in place any incorporation can be electronically
processed, including non-standard M&A’s. You can have
as many drafts and they can be used for one or more incorporations.
However, in a case where an incorporation will need to be a paper
lodgement we can accommodate this also, with Companies House being
a very short distance.

Q. I assume
I have to sign into a service agreement ??
No, our service is there only when you need it, there is no contract or agreement
to sign. You are given your account managers contact details and then you are
ready to go.

Q. What about price ??
Because no two clients are the same, with regards to specifications and needs
we tailor our price to the client. Many factors are key to playing a part in
a package price, number of incorporations per month, document requirements,
etc.

Q. How do I pay ??
Our system allows you to view your account status (via an internet connection)
at any time, allowing you add funds or to pay an invoice, with a credit card.
Alternatively, you can still pay in the traditional ways of credit transfer,
cheque payment or direct debit.

Q. Do I have to pay in advance ??
No, although the option is available to you, an invoice will be created per
incorporation and sent to your correct department. Our terms are the standard
30 days.

Certainly, we encourage this. Our aim is to provide the complete formations
service. With an excellent relationship with Companies House established we
are confident that we can assist you in the correct way, by giving you the
most up to date and correct information. All our staff are accordingly qualified
in the correct fields therefore giving you confidence in our advice.

Q. Is harperlewis just an
internet Company ??
Definitely not. Although the system we use
is an integrated internet connection, harperlewis is a traditional “Blue
Chip” UK Company. We have comprehensive Accounts, Secretarial,
Formations departments and meeting room facilities.

Q. How does your
system work ??
Combining the most up to date technology along with a strong client focus we
devised the system currently being used. It is an integrated internet/internal
program that allows the client to see exactly what progress their incorporation
has made or to what their account status is. All information held on a client
account is viewable by the said client.
